Only read when ParagraphOptions.maxLines truncates something. Unset truncates without a marker.
A caller writes ParagraphProps.ellipsis, which also takes a boolean; by the time it reaches a node it is the marker itself or nothing. The scene carries what will be drawn rather than which spelling asked for it, because no measurer, line-breaker or painter reads the difference.

Properties of a paragraph as a whole, which do not inherit.
Held apart from Style because the scene holds them apart: these describe the block of text, and a child cannot inherit them from a parent the way it inherits a font size.
