Function sliceAngles

sliceAngles(values: readonly number[]): { end: number; start: number }[]
Where one slice begins and ends, in turns clockwise from the top.
Parameters
- values: readonly number[]
Returns { end: number; start: number }[]
- end: number
  
  Where it ends. Sweeps clockwise from start.
- start: number
  
  Where the slice begins, in radians. Zero is three o'clock, as Math has it.
