How a border's line is drawn, or that it is not drawn.
'none' is the initial value, as in CSS, and it zeroes the used width
rather than skipping the paint: a node with border: 4 and no style set
neither draws a border nor reserves room for one, so its content is not
inset. Write 'solid' to get a line.
This default follows CSS and Style.display's does not, and both are
chosen. A container defaults to 'flex' where CSS's initial display is
inline, because these defaults belong to a scene-building API rather than
to a document language. BorderStyle was decided the other way, against that
argument, on the grounds that a border is a thing a caller asks for rather
than a thing they switch off.
The pair is recorded here so that neither is "corrected" into agreement with
the other: they answer the same question differently on purpose, and changing
either is a change of intent rather than a tidy-up.
